Our Care
Vaccinations (Mandatory)
Owners are required to bring along proof of up to date vaccinations, including bordetella / kennel cough.
During the peak flea/tick/worm season, your pet must be flea/tick/worm free when boarding with us. Please contact your Vet to discuss the best prevention method for your pet. We reserve the right to refuse services or admittance of any pet that does not meet these requirements
New Clients
Please call and make an appointment to bring their pet for a visit prior to boarding. During the visit, we can take a tour of the facilities and I can answer any questions or discuss any special care that you may have.
Visitor Hours:
Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 4 PM
Weekend and Holidays - By Appointment Only
Comforts From Home
We encourage you to bring items from home. When your pet is surrounded by familiar items and scents, it can help to lessen anxieties caused by being "home sick" and help your friend to settle more quickly.
Tips to Help Your Dog Enjoy Their Time With Us:
- List of activities your pet likes – it will help me to plan and make the time we spend together more interactive, and most importantly, more fun!
- Favourite toys – bringing along favourite toys can make playtime more familiar
- Treats – biscuits are provided free of charge (owner permission granted) but you are encouraged to bring your pet's favourite treats
- Diet – please bring along your pet's food. Sudden change in diet can be stressful for your dog's digestive system.
We would also like to hear back from you. Nobody knows your pet better than you. The more we know about your pet, the better we can plan to meet all their needs, taking into account whenever possible, their likes and dislikes.
